Jenna's Party

How much fun can one boy have at a birthday party!!!!! Cooper had a blast at Jenna's second birthday party. Of course we had cake, ice cream, punch, and presents, but there was an inflatable inside her grandparents house! Cooper jumped and laughed with all his little friends. I can't wait until Kindermusic starts again so I can see my friends again. Jenna, you sure do know how to throw a party.

I've Got Rhythm

My God Mother Suzanne and Jaclyn brought me a new drum. I love it. I can make lots of loud noises with it. When you open the drum up, there are other instruments in there. I will be ready to do a wake up call on Daddy.

Mr. Potato Head

My God Father Jason got me my first Mr. Potato Head. I sure love coming up with funny different faces. After I put a face together, I go up to my Mom and say "That's Funny Momma".

Cooper got a BMW

Granna, Gi Gi, and Aunt Heather gave Cooper a new BMW convertible! Too bad it is just a pedal car. Cooper loves it. He was so excited when they brought it in. He yelled out A CAR!!! He was all over the place in his new car. He was really cute when he put his hat on backwards and put on his sunglasses. He was too adorable. I wander if they will get him a real BMW when he turns 16? You better hope Cooper. Thank you Granna, Gi Gi, and Aunt Heather

Chef Cooper

Santa also brought Cooper a chefs hat, apron, mit, and pot holder. He looked so cute with it. He also got an Elmo flash light. Elmo laughs when you turn it on and from the picture you can tell Cooper did too. Cooper also enjoyed playing on his sit and spin. Sometimes his apron got tangled up, but Cooper kept going. This is a Christmas we will always remember.

Santa Came

Santa finally came. We have all waited for this time to come. Santa brought Cooper a kitchen, a Sit and Spin, an engraved telescope, a cleaning set with a vacuum cleaner. The first picture is before Cooper woke up. Mommy had to wake him up at 9:30 because she couldn't stand the wait any longer. (Who is the kid here?) When Cooper finally woke up, he walked right past the tree and new toys from Santa and sat down in his little blue chair. Mommy and Daddy were sitting on the floor with cameras in their hands ready for his reaction. He finally noticed and had a big EWWWWWW look Momma, look Daddy .....TRACTORS. Of all of the big ticket items he got, he only saw the small tractors on the floor. He finally got excited about the big ticket items as well.

Cookies for Santa

Since Santa Claus has so many stops tonight, Cooper decided he would help him eat some of his cookies and boiled custard.

Christmas Eve at Ninna and Papa's

We did our traditional Christmas Eve dinner with Ninna and Papa. Dinner was delicious as always. Cooper didn't sit still long enough to eat. He wanted to play with his cousins. We tried to get him to eat all day long, but he wouldn't do it. Cooper waited until we got home and was ready for him to go to bed when he decided he wanted to eat noodles. Isn't that the way it works? He also didn't nap all day until we got in the car. He had enough nap to keep him up a few more hours when we got home.
Ninna and Papa got Cooper a sock monkey, Kindermusic class in the spring, and a parking garage. Uncle Rob and Aunt Cindy got Cooper a 2007 Christmas coin and a book to keep all his coins in. I know Cooper will appreciate those when he gets older. I know his Uncle Rob put a lot of thought and love into this present.
I have always loved Christmas time at my parents. I love the traditions we carry from year to year. I love the time where we share favorite Christmas memories. Our family is so blessed.

Christmas with Nannie

We spent time with Nannie at her new room at The Terrace in Hendersonville. Nannie is always so happy to see Cooper. I think Cooper had more fun running up and down the halls playing with the rehab toys which is meant for the patients at The Terrace than for the visiting grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cooper also enjoyed running into other patients' rooms climbing up on their beds. This was the first year we did not bring Nannie back to Mom and Dad's for dinner, but I think she would have been happier staying where she was. When we left, Nannie told me she loved me and she knew Buddy still loved me too. It was a very touching visit. Merry Christmas Nannie. I love you and Buddy too!!

Very Late Halloween Pictures

I know these pictures are late, but I just got the disposable camera I keep in Cooper's bag developed. Despite how poor the quality of photos were, these were so cute of Cooper and Jenna. I just had to post these. They were so adorable together that night. I think they had more fun running up and down the ramp at First Methodist Church than they did Trunk or Treating.

Daring the big slide

Cooper saw many children going down the slide at Connor B's birthday party. While the other children were eating birthday cake, Cooper decided he wanted to try the big slide. He loved it the first couple of times, but when he went airborne on the second hill, our little dare devil decided he was finished with that slide.

Connor B's Birthday

Happy 6th birthday Connor B. I can't believe you are already 6. All the way home from your party Cooper kept saying Connor B's. He just adores you. We hope you had a wonderful day Connor B!

Hanging out with JT

Cooper had some outside fun with Jenna's dad JT. Cooper met Jenna and JT at KinderMusic last spring. Cooper just adored JT during that class, and from the looks of these pictures he still does.

Puppy Love

Cooper and Jenna enjoyed playing with Abbye, the dog from next door after the party. They both loved hugging on her, and being chased. The rougher Abbye played with Cooper and Jenna the better.

Gifts galore!

Cooper was blessed with many presents for his birthday. He received a Spiderman battery operated scooter, VTech computer, trains, train track, clothes, puzzles, books, eating utensils, and much more. He has had a wonderful time playing with all of his new toys. I just can't wait to see his expression this year for Santa Claus.
