On Wednesday, Mommy and Daddy took me to Buckner Park to swim. I really had time to show off to Daddy what I had learned in the past week. I can now stay in my ring without anyone holding on. I can kick to where I need to go, and I can put my face in and blow bubbles just like Mommy. While we were swimming, I pointed to the number 5 in the pool and said "five". Mommy and Daddy were so excited. They just know it is from the Leap Frog refrigerator magnets I play with all day long. We always see someone we know when we go to the pool. Today we saw Shana Clifton. She was in Mommy's classroom the year I was born. She is a very sweet girl.
On Thursday, I turned 20 months old. We sang my favorite song, "Happy Birthday" over and over again. We stayed home today because I did not take a good nap. We did go visit Daddy at work later in the afternoon though. I got to see my God-Father Jason Willett while I was there. We played a great game of peak-a-boo. He really makes me laugh.
On Friday, we went several places because Daddy did not have to work. We went to Miss Lindsay at My Daddy's Daycare. She has missed me since Mommy got out of school. I got to see to see some of my friends while I was there. They were excited to see me too. I will have to go back to see them again before school starts back. Miss Lindsay said so. She said I have grown so much since I left. She says she doesn't want me to forget her. We then went out to eat at Ruby Tuesdays. We saw Mommy's friend Angie and I got to eat all the grapes I wanted to at the salad bar.
