We went to visit Gi Gi the day before she was scheduled to have surgery. On the table was a beautiful arrangement of flowers from the family in Indiana. They sure were beautiful! I know that these flowers will keep her spirits up while she is recovering. Doesn't Gi Gi look beautiful today? You would not have ever guessed she was needing surgery. Her thoughts and prayers are with us all. Get well soon Gi Gi!

Ahoy to the Birthday Boy

Miles Wanstrath celebrated his 4th birthday party at the Gallatin Municipal Park Playground Pavilion. Fun was had by all who came. Miles and his little brother Luke were dressed alike in pirate shirts. Thank you Miles for inviting us.
Oh, before we went to the party Mommy wrapped Miles birthday present while I was getting ready. When Mommy and Daddy came out of their room from getting ready I had the whole gift unwrapped. I said, "Look, I did it". We were supposed to be on the road ten minutes before. Mommy smiled weakly and told Daddy to just put it in the car. But the most important part was, "I did it!"
Pictured is the birthday boy Miles, and his little brother Luke.

One Hot Pirate

Our little Pirate had lots of fun at the party, but temperatures of 100 degrees and haze had us leave the party early. Cooper played hard while he was there and had a wonderful time. I sure wish he could have spent more time with Luke and Miles.

I Found My Thrill On...."Blueberry Pancakes"
I sure love pancakes. This is the first time I ever had blueberry pancakes. Yummmm-o I sure did like these. It looks like I got more on my face than in my tummy.
