All we've heard from Cooper's mouth in the last month is "twains," "terrains" and more trains." At last, here he was situated atop a real live, still-in-use railroad line in Dickson County. It runs through Montgomery Bell State Park and features a number of one-lane overpasses, trestles and other unique elements only locomotive and rail-car transportation can offer. Since his birthday is Oct. 28, we thought we'd roll his Halloween costume and 2-year-old birthday-party theme into one interchangeable outfit. He loved banging the shiny-steel rail lines with rusty, old spikes, couldn't resist squatting on the creosote ties, and shouting "TWAIN" when he heard his mother blow the wooden whistle.
