We got out for a snow day today. I took Cooper outside for a few minutes to play in the snow. He wasn't sure if he liked it or not. I do think he liked the snow, but I don't think he liked how cold it was outside. We didn't stay out long. I just wanted him to have a chance to play for a couple of minutes before all the snow melted.

Go Lady Vols!

Cooper's grandmother, Granna, invited us all to a Lady Vols and Vandy game. This was Coopers first time going to a basketball game. He was terrific during the whole time. We sat in the Vanderbilt fan section. We really stood out since the three of us were wearing our orange and white. The fans around us would comment on how adorable and cute Cooper was, but they did say it wasn't his fault his parents put him in those awful colors. We didn't pay any attention to them. They were just mad the Lady Vols were beating them. We had a great time.

Oh, I Love My Daddy

Oh, I sure do love my Daddy. My Daddy saved me after my batteries wore out on my four wheeler. He even carried me and my four wheeler back to the car.

Bumpy Road Ahead

The only bumpy part of this ride was the fact that the battery of his four wheeler died during our outting.

Look at me ride

We took Cooper to the track behind the Charlotte ballfield Saturday to ride his battery operated 4 Wheeler. He loved all the open space considering the only time he gets to ride it is in the house. We only got half way around the field before the battery died. I think next time we will take his tricycle.

Safety First

Before we went riding on our motor scooter, Daddy gave Cooper a lesson on why it is important to wear a helmet. Cooper loves wearing his new helmet. He even wanted to wear it in the car.

My Sweetheart!

We woke up early Friday morning to make cookies for Cooper's Valentine's Day party. It was a day late since we were out for school. Cooper and I had a wonderful time making these heart shaped cookies. Unfortunately, we missed the party because a miscommunication on time :O( Instead of the school party, Mamma took Cooper to get a strawberry milkshake. Cooper never knew the difference. I think I was the one who was so disappointed. But as I look back on our day, I would not have traded the time I spent with Cooper making these cookies for anything. He sure is a sweetheart!!!

I'm Sthickkk Mamma

Where's that coughing, aching, stuffy head, runny nose, fever so you can rest medicine when you need it? I took Cooper to the doctor on a Friday night with a high fever and coughing, runny nose, etc. Dr. Brady ran a flu test. Came back negative, but we were still unclear on what was wrong. Cooper kept a fever of 103 degrees for most of the weekend. I took him back to the doctor, and this time he had an ear infection. Cooper was very pitiful this weekend. He would try to get up and play, but after a few minutes, he would crawl back in bed and say I'm Sthickkk Mamma. Ninna and Papa came up on Sunday and just held him for a few hours. Cooper just melted in Ninna's arms. I one of these pictures you can see how red his cheeks got with the high fever. Don't cha want to pick him up out of the picture and hug him??
